At a height of 1,396 feet, the sky-scraping tower at 432 Park Ave. is one of the tallest residential building in the world and the among the tallest buildings in New York City. With condominiums starting at $17.5 million and the most expensive selling for $87.7 million, this project was a developer’s dream thanks to the efficient, cost-effective, and innovative solutions provided by FNA.

This 950-foot tall residential skyscraper in Columbus Circle is one of the many “supertall” buildings FNA played an essential role in constructing. Our team relied on their wealth of experience and expertise to devise innovative solutions for the massive rock excavation challenges that required close coordination between adjacent buildings, roadways, and NYCT tunnel structures. 220 Central Park South is home to 118 condominiums that extend over 67-stories in New York City.

Project Description
Located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan along the East River waterfront, this 80-story, 823-feet tall building is a modern glass tower worth marveling over. One Manhattan Square offers unobstructed panoramic views of the river and city skyline and provides every conceivable luxury a resident could dream of. Because this property adjacent to the historic Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive, we worked diligently to get approvals from MTA and DOT to build near the the bridge and major highway.

Located at the corner of 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue in New York City, this development required below-grade construction extending over 50 feet below the sidewalk grade. To make matters even more challenging, the 62-story building was constructed adjacent to NYCT subway tunnels. FNA provided numerous engineering services to ensure the safe and successful completion of 610 Lexington and all 91 of its condominiums.

This new 14-story mixed-use building in the Inwood neighborhood of Manhattan includes residences, a school, and a new Inwood Library. FNA provided a wide range of services for all completed phases of this project, with expected completion in 2023.

Located in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York, this 11-story, 100,000-square-foot dormitory and mixed-use development provides residential space for students along with retail space, administrative offices, multipurpose rooms, and parking.

The Willoughby project is a 59-story structure dubbed “Brooklyn’s skyscraper.” It is a mixed-use building containing 458 units with both residential and retail space. FNA has played an integral role in multiple phases of this project.
