The tallest residential building in the world and the 2nd tallest skyscraper in the USA and Western Hemisphere. The 1550ft tower on 57th St in Midtown Manhattan (‘Billionaires Row’) was designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture with Lendlease as the main contractor.
