66 Hudson

FNA developed and designed a caisson system to support the north hoist pad according to prescribed loads for 66 Hudson, also known as The Spiral, a 1,041-foot commercial supertall located in Hudson Yards. The 66-story skyscraper offers 2.85 million square feet of office space.  The building features amenities such as a 66th-floor outdoor terrace, meeting spaces, bike storage, and executive parking with electric car charging stations.
