FNA provided engineering design services for supplementary Support of Excavation (SOE) and performed slope stability analysis for equipment placement at 989 6th Ave, a 68-story mixed-use skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. The 743-foot-tall tower features 300 condominium units and 86,817 square feet of commercial space. The building’s sleek glass-clad volumes rise from a funnel-shaped podium, with illuminated cutouts showcasing terrace spaces and an impressive crown atop the structure.
