The project, located in Downtown Brooklyn, has rapidly risen to 25 stories, totaling 405,002 square feet. With 368 rental units spanning from the third to the 25th floor, the tower offers amenities such as rooftop terrace access, indoor parking, and retail space across nearly 20,000 square feet on the ground and cellar levels.
