Project Description

FNA played a vital role in the completion of the Hilton Garden Inn at 6 Water Street, providing design for a temporary support of excavation system and conducting special inspections. The 29-story hotel boasts a sleek blue and white façade overlooking the South Ferry terminal, Battery Park, and New York Harbor. With 250 keys, the hotel features a restaurant, bar, 24-hour fitness center, and business space for guests. This 298-foot tall structure offers 125,680 square feet of space, with rooms averaging 502 square feet each.
