Hyatte House Hotel

FNA played a crucial role in the Hyatt House Hotel project, designing a temporary excavation support system and developing shop drawings, engineering design, and calculations. Designed by Nobutaka Ashihara and developed by Lexin Capital, this slender tower at the corner of 6th Avenue and West 28th Street boasts 150 guestrooms and apartment-style suites. Nearing exterior completion, the hotel rises approximately 300 feet with 30 main tower floors plus three additional levels at the top.
