Motel One

FNA played a pivotal role in the construction of Motel One, located at 138 East 50th Street in Manhattan’s East Side. FNA provided specialized services in designing temporary support of excavation and performing special inspections for this project. Developed by Ceruzzi Properties and SMI, and designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli and SLCE, the 71-story building features 124 luxurious condominiums. The Centrale, as it is known, offers residents a suite of amenities including a grand porte-cochère, a double-height lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows, a Club Room with a large fireplace, a conference room, private dining facilities, and outdoor spaces such as the pet-friendly Garden Terrace and fitness facilities including a 75-foot lap pool and spa, ensuring a luxurious urban living experience.
