Project Description
Located on the Lower East Side of Manhattan along the East River waterfront, this 80-story, 823-feet tall building is a modern glass tower worth marveling over. One Manhattan Square offers unobstructed panoramic views of the river and city skyline and provides every conceivable luxury a resident could dream of. Because this property adjacent to the historic Franklin D. Roosevelt East River Drive, we worked diligently to get approvals from MTA and DOT to build near the bridge and major highway.
