Project Description

FNA provided engineering design services for supplementary Support of Excavation (SOE) and conducted slope stability analysis for multiple locations of equipment placement, including excavators and drill rigs, for One Wall Street. Located in the Financial District, the 564-foot-tall Art Deco skyscraper was completed at a total cost of $1.5 billion. That represents the largest office-to-residential conversion in New York City history. The project features 566 condominiums, a 44,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market, and a four-floor, 75,000-square-foot fitness center on the lower levels.
