FNA provided anchor detailing, drafting, and anchor design calculations for Seaport Residences, a 670-foot-tall residential skyscraper located at 161 Maiden Lane in the Financial District. Formerly named One Seaport, the 60-story building yields 80 units across its 200,000-square-foot structure. The structure offers uninterrupted views of landmarks like the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, Brooklyn Bridge Park, New York Harbor, and the Downtown Brooklyn skyline. The tower is conveniently located near the Wall Street and Fulton Street subway stations.
