The Edition Times Square

FNA provided a temporary support of excavation system and designed a deep foundation system (caisson) for The Edition Times Square, a 42-story, 452-key hotel. Located at 701 Seventh Avenue, on the corner of West 47th Street in Times Square, the tower, known as 20 Times Square, rises 517 feet above street level and encompasses 269,769 square feet of commercial space, including retail on two cellar levels and the ground through fourth floors, with hotel rooms situated on floors 14 through 40. The project’s base features an 18,000-square-foot LED sign on two sides.
