Project Description
FNA’s engineering design services facilitated the creation of an alternate drilled pile system for The Greenwich, one of NYC’s “Super Skinny” buildings. The 912-foot-tall structure houses 273 condominium units. The building offers stunning panoramic views and luxurious amenities. Construction is expected to conclude by early 2024.
