The Penthouse

FNA provided TA consulting services for this project. The latest rendering in the main photo shows a brown brick façade and a distinctive rounded corner with curved glass. A series of setbacks at the fifth, sixth, and ninth stories make way for terraces and are topped with hanging greenery. A landscaped terrace sits atop the roof level adjacent to a mechanical bulkhead with climbing vegetation. More greenery is depicted covering the sidewalk canopy along Third Avenue.
