FNA played a crucial role in the development of an 82-unit new construction multifamily affordable housing project on two privately owned vacant parcels owned by Evangelical Disciples of Christ Inc. FNA provided essential services including utilizing previous research and obtaining existing condition documents from the NYCT archives. The project includes structuring the Westchester building as a two-unit condominium, with one unit designated for church use and the other for residential purposes. FNA’s involvement ensured the streamlined approval of plans and expert consulting on the project.
