At the 130 William Condominium project, FNA seamlessly executed a temporary support of excavation system while innovatively designing a deep foundation system, specifically employing reaction piles for structural stability. The 800-foot-tall tower features 242 units, with prices ranging from $1,300,000 to $20,000,000.
